Join us for an Easter Candymaking class with confectionery expert Beth Kimmerle. During this 1-hour session you will learn how to make several types of chocolate truffle Easter eggs. Participants will make, and shape chocolate ganache eggs and cover them in nuts, cocoa and coconut.
Each participant will go home with a small box of chocolate Easter eggs and receive a small hot chocolate or hot coffee to enjoy during the class.
$12 for adults and $6 for children. Ask about special family rates.
