Beth Kimmerle's Candymonium: A Sampling of Beth Kimmerle's Collection for Sapporo Chocolate Museum

Welcome to CANDYMONIUM for confectionery contemplations!

Beth Kimmerle, chocolate and candy expert and historian, has served the confectionery industry as a writer and consultant. Beth worked for Fannie May Candies before advancing her talents to Starbucks Coffee Company. She has worked on candy museums and exhibits in the U.S., Japan, Canada and Puerto Rico. Beth lives with her family in New York City.

She is the author of four books documenting the history of America's confectionery industry. Her latest book is titled, Blommer: An American Chocolate Legacy. Beth has made appearances on the Food Network, Cooking Channel, History Channel, National Public Radio, NBC's The Today Show, Sundance Channel and Martha Stewart Living.

When Beth is not musing about candy, she's making it. She's is an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education and appears at the New York Chocolate Show. She's lectured at The Chicago History Museum, Princeton University and the University of Chicago.
