Easter Candymaking Class with Beth Kimmerle


Saturday, April 3rd @ 3pm
Join us for an Easter Candymaking class with confectionery expert Beth Kimmerle. During this 1-hour session you will learn how to make several types of chocolate truffle Easter eggs. Participants will make, and shape chocolate ganache eggs and cover them in nuts, cocoa and coconut.
Each participant will go home with a small box of chocolate Easter eggs and receive a small hot chocolate or hot coffee to enjoy during the class.
$12 for adults and $6 for children. Ask about special family rates.

Cook, Collector and All-Around Go-To Gal In Candy Land


As many of you know, I have quite the collection of all things candy. Not only do I have my own collection, I have also put together chocolate and confectionery collections that are on display around the world. Many of my items come from friends, companies and/or industry people who know about my passion for the history of candy. But of course, many items also come from Ebay. It has become a great resource for my research.
